This post will be a simple one - I can’t be bothered to go into depth about what happened.
This is what was suppose to happen Hervey Bay>Sydney (Virgin) - Sydney>Melbourne (Jet Star)…
Instead - 3.5 hours LATE for the Hervey Bay > Sydney flight…. waited in air-port in my OWN HOME TOWN for 5 hours. THEN! missed the flight from Sydney>Melbourne (Jet Star) because the first flight was late.
(Plus was shifted from row 6 - row 26!!!!!)
Got to Sydney and had to buy ANOTHER $350 ticket to get to Melbourne with shitty Virgin because Jet Star had no more flights to Melbourne….
Had to find the closet flight to Melbourne because all hotels in Sydney booked out because of…something.. (can’t remember)
Then Sydney > Melbourne (virgin) was delayed an hour! Not to mention - this flight didn’t even go where we wanted to. We had to catch a HOUR bus ride to AVALON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and got to bed around 1am in the morning!
Melbourne>Sydney (Jet Star) was delayed an hour again!
By this stage I was sick of flying!!!! MAIN POINT:
Its pathetic how we are expected to buy more tickets when another air-line makes us miss our flight. They told us there was nothing they could do and to make a complaint on the website - WELL MY FRIEND - that’s is not going to do anything - its called the delete BUTTON! STUPID VIRGIN!
